The String Orchestra of Brooklyn performs and gives voice to three celebrated composers of our time, culminating with a performance of a critical late 19th century work. Revisiting one of its original String Theories premieres from 2011, the orchestra gives a second performance of Alex Mincek‘s Ebb and Flow, paired with masterful works by Kenji Bunch, Kaija Saariaho, and concluding with the orchestral version of Schoenberg’s iconic Verklärte Nacht.
